When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address and a short description of your plumbing issue. If you call us we may record your contact details and job address so we can attend the property.

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, quote and complete work, and to provide follow-up service or warranty support. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate (for example our booking and email systems).
