Quotes and bookings
Enquiries made through this site are requests for service, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed once we contact you and agree a time. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Leak detection and repairs
Our detection service locates the likely source of a leak using non-invasive equipment. Repair work is quoted separately and only proceeds with your approval. Where a leak cannot be located, our no-find-no-fee terms apply as described on the page.
Workmanship and warranty
Work is carried out by licensed tradespeople and covered by our workmanship warranty. The warranty does not cover pre-existing faults, damage caused by others, or normal wear and tear. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Payment and cancellation
Invoices are payable on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment.
